I think the majority of people prefer wireless, so it seems odd to release a wired controller.
Quantum Break was a mid-budget game made, the first with no prequels. Uncharted 4 is a series that is built on the improvements of the earlier games. QB noble try that it is cannot compete.
But Gears of War 4 is a massive budget game. Microsoft paid crazy mulah for it. They even renamed a studio in dedication to the Gears franchise. It has the very best people Microsoft can hire, the best developers, the best scriptwriters. It will be 1080p 60fps and it will have a story so...
The press loved Shovel Knight, I did too. But then it got way too hard for me and I kept dying and dying on the same fish boss and I had to abandon it. People thought me dumb. ;( A real shame as the parts I did play I loved.
The author is David 'scam' Scamell.
He doesn't own a PS4.
He often writes PS4 attack articles that bait the fans, as repeatedly they have proven to be more successful for Videogamer.com than Xbox praise articles.
This isn't journalism, it's just revenue focuses cynicism.
I will give it a go, as long as they don't bring over that complete door knob, Max Scoville from PlayStation Beyond, to completely ruin it with his fake persona and BS knowledge of gaming.
This website makes the unfounded claim "Seeing as the current Xbox One is just over two years old and its sales are tracking ahead of the Xbox 360."
Considering Microsoft are no longer releasing sales figures for the Xbox One, it is shoddy journalism to make such unsubstantiated claims.
I watched the trailer and the music made me think it would be terrible. Not because I hate Kanye Kardashian, but because a rap song is a poor fit for a movie with a historical setting. It makes me wonder if the director has made a film that cynically tries to appeal to everyone but leaves out e heart of the Assassin's Creed story.
The fan trailer is really good with that AC music which is mysterious and powerful. It makes me want to see the movie - I really hope it'...
Project Spark. Fable Legends. Lionhead. Halo 5. Kinect 2. Always-on drm. Xbox One.
The noble failures of this generation are a reflection of Microsoft prioritising new profit avenues over gamer needs.
Now there have been changes to N4G, i fear it will be blogs with deliberately clickbait titles that dominate the page.
I miss Ken!
When does this new interface patch launch?
I think it is fair comment to talk about gameplay elements, however critising a beta for bugs and glitches is the most stupid thing I've read here today. Especially as this is not an near-launch 'beta' used for promotion, but a beta for a game some five months before launch when these will be ironed out.
What times we live in when two contenders for best PS4 exclusive launch within a month of each other.
Excellent trolling Videogamer.com! Get the visitors, get the hits, lose the credibility.
@81BX I say Sony because they own Naughty Dog. But also it is their willingness to invest in creating brand new unproven IP that made this happen. Yes they are in a position to go to third parties and pay a lot of money to stop games such as Rise of the Tomb Raider for example, being available to other consoles. Instead their modus operandi is to have a studio create an IP, Uncharted 1 which was a modest hit, and they nurture the development of sequels and the fan appreciation of it.
Not all games need to appeal to all people.
Some games by their nature are mass market and some IPs have a more specific audience and that's fine. If developers try and make their game to the lowest common denominator then they might destroy the qualities of the game and so it becomes weaker and doesn't sell.
Sony must be doing something right if the head of the rival company is playing their flagship PS4 game days before it has even been released.
Cliffy B. hates PlayStation and loves Xbox.
When Microsoft bought Gears he posted a celebratory tweet boasting that it would never come to PlayStation.
But he can't ignore that PS4 market dominance if he wants his generic shooter to have a chance of success.
Not based on data, but my own observations here in the UK: Three years after the Xbox 360 launch it seemed like everyone I knew owned one, you'd go to someone's house and they had one sitting under the TV or in the bedroom. It was HD gaming and had a 17 month head start before the PS3 launched in the UK - this had a big effect!.
But now, I reiterate this is not factual data but my own observations, almost no one has one. One Xbox fan bought it and sold his, the one ...
Silly clickbait question. Even if you are the biggest Call of Duty hater, if you are aware that Call of Duty generates more profit each year than any other game then you know it's silly to even ask this question.
